Private Practice is the new solo project from Landis Wine, known for his work in Richmond bands White Laces and Opin — a hazy, fuzzed-out detour into pop rock built for late nights and half-lit rooms. Wine is an inventive singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter based in Richmond, Virginia. Over a career spanning more than 20 years, he has established himself as a central creative force and "sonic designer" in the Richmond indie music scene. His music is highly experimental, heavily layered, and focused on texture and atmosphere over traditional genre boundaries — evolving from loud indie rock into intricate, synth-driven electronic art-pop.
