Poems for Dead People w/ Charlie Glenn and w/Intertitle | Oh Yeah / It is howling here
7” Clear Vinyl (edition of 20) preorder
7” Black Vinyl (edition of 20) preorder
Formerly the vocalist of the metal band Gritter (2008–2018), Ryan is working on new music, spoken works and poetry. His latest single, OH YEAH recorded under the moniker Poems For Dead People, features Blank Verse artist Charlie Glenn on guitar, and is a smoke-filled exercise in noir-pop accentuated by Kent’s signature baritone swagger.
+ Blank Verse Records is thrilled to announce the release of “It Is Howling Here”, the latest single from Poems For Dead People, created in collaboration with electronic project Intertitle. The track is now available on all major streaming platforms. A noir-electronic meditation on isolation and resonance, “It Is Howling Here” layers Intertitle’s moody electro soundscapes with the evocative vocals of Ryan Kent, recorded in a separate session and later woven into the track’s haunting architecture. The result is a shadowy, immersive experience that blurs the line between spoken word and sonic abstraction.
“We wanted the track to feel like a transmission from a forgotten frequency,” says a representative from Blank Verse Records. “It’s a piece that lives in the margins—between poetry and pulse, memory and machinery.”
This release marks a bold evolution for both acts, showcasing their shared affinity for atmosphere, tension, and emotional depth.

Tyrone Sanborn Webster | INtention
12” Opaque White & Pink Vinyl - order
Inspired by the introspective legacies of Radiohead, Elliott Smith, José González, and Nick Drake, Tyrone's music resonates with emotional depth and quiet power. Armed with an acoustic guitar and haunting vocals, he crafts raw, intimate melodies that blend intricate progressions with poignant storytelling. Recorded in the solitude of his home, his songs carry a melancholic beauty, inviting listeners into a timeless space where simplicity and emotion reign.
Tyrone’s debut album, INTENTION, began as an ambient project for personal meditation sessions but evolved into a seven-track album exploring themes of love, anxiety, sadness, and transformation. The relaxed and organic nature of the creative process allowed him to rework older songs, transform poems from his notebook, and compose new material during recording sessions. The result is a deeply personal body of work that captures a period of profound personal growth.
A limited edition vinyl remastered reissue of INTENTION includes the single "CHANGE YOUR MIND," seamlessly integrated into the album's sequence. This addition further enriches the record’s exploration of Tyrone’s internal and external experiences during a pivotal time in his life.
Tyrone’s minimalist approach speaks volumes—proving that with a guitar, a voice, and a story, music can connect on the deepest levels. His work balances vulnerability with artistic precision, inviting reflection and lingering long after the final note.

Opin | Embrace The Grift
12” Transparent Orange Vinyl w/ limited edition poster - order
Forward-thinking electronic/experimental pop outfit Opin returns with their most fully realized work to date. Embrace the Grift is a genre-defying fusion of electronic textures, rhythmic experimentation, and raw emotional resonance. A thrilling blend of heady improvisation and precision craft, Embrace the Grift reflects Opin’s evolution into a band unafraid to explore bold sonic territory. Described as “a brutalist building topped with a living green roof,” the album is both jagged and fluid—balancing club-ready propulsion with moments of solitary introspection.
Mixed by acclaimed producer Jeff Zeigler (The War on Drugs, Kurt Vile) and mastered to tape by Fred Kevorkian (Iggy Pop, The White Stripes), the record captures Opin at their most confident and exploratory.
“This album touches the past and races into the future,” says the trio. “It’s sharp-edged and forward-looking, yet warm and surprisingly organic.”
In anticipation of the album, Opin recently released Hospital Street III, the third in their series of improvisational mixtapes. The track offers a compelling preview of Embrace the Grift’s dynamic sound palette and boundary-pushing spirit.
Embrace the Grift of a good time.
